Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most payment cards (excluding AMEX), if you have any difficulty processing your card online, or would prefer to talk to a person rather than put your card details into the internet, please call us on 0845 257 1121.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for whatever reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling In the event of an item arriving damaged, if know it should be noted on the delivery manifest. All claims for damaged products, should be reported directly to Inception within 48 hours of receipt with proof of damage. |
Delivery Schedule Our delivery charge is FREE - using our standard 3 - 5 working days (orders over £50.00+vat), we also offer a next day service for £6.00 subject to stock availability.
In the event of a delivery being attempted but unable to be completed due to a lack if signature (ie delivery to a residential/commercial address and nobody being available to received the delivery), then Inception reserve the right to charge either a 10% re-stocking charge for the goods or £6.00 for the re-delivery of the goods depending upon customer preference.

| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. If you are ordering from a European member state and wish to pay the TAX locally, please contact us with your registered TAX number. |
| Credit Card Security When an order is placed on our website, you will be redirected to PROTX for credit card processing 128 bit encryption. No credit card details are held either by the website or by Inception. |
| Guarantee All our products carry a manufacturer backed warranty against defects in manufacture. All goods can be returned by prior arrangement to ourselves within 7 days of order date if required, upon receipt, the full cost of the goods (less the initial cost of shipping and a 15% restocking charge) will be refunded. Any goods returned under the restocking plan must be in their un-opened, original packaging in a new and unused condition, all internal packing and fixings must be in place and in new condition. In the event of goods being faulty, a replacement will be provided. In certain circumstances we may require you to return the faulty goods with examples of any problems caused or make available for inspection the faulty goods. |

Remittance Terms If you are paying on account via a pre-approved credit account all payments must be received within 30 days of invoice date.
In the event of late payment, Inception will impose charges for all overdue bills at a rate of 8% over the Bank of England Base Rate plus the cost of any debt recovery.
This also applies in the event of a charge back when paying by credit card.
All goods remain the property of Inception until paid for in full. |
